As the Graphic & Multi-Media Designer, you will play a critical role in establishing and elevating Cuningham's graphic design and multi-media solutions, supporting the firm's go-to-market strategies across a broad range of sectors. This position offers the opportunity to shape how Cuningham communicates its vision through digital, print, and video platforms-creating branded materials that reflect the pragmatic creativity and disciplined execution at the heart of our work.
What you will do:
  • Work closely with Communications and Marketing as a member of the Creative Services Team.
  • Engage with team members across the firm to develop compelling graphic design and multimedia solutions for use in marketing, communications, and business development practices.
  • Lead the digital, print, and video production of marketing collateral and templates to support proposals, interviews and client presentations, ads, brochures, social media, award submittals, corporate collateral, and project materials.
  • Lead the creation and editing of a variety of video and multi-media projects.
  • Lead the development and translation of research content into dynamic branded materials.
  • Design clear and visually compelling data visualizations that translate research, statistics, design process, and complex information into cohesive and engaging visual narratives.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization templates and materials.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain graphic assets in digital asset libraries.
  • Assist in the design of tradeshow conference displays and collateral.
  • Support firm training and education efforts that strengthen consistent implementation of the firm's visual identity across teams and offices.
  • Support internal teams in applying the firm's visual identity consistently across in-house communications and materials.

What we look for:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related design, with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills, time management, project management, attention to detail, leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt, pivot, and execute complex projects with challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, multiple priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and manage design efforts with minimal oversight.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors.
  • High level of curiosity and consistent pursuit of innovation.

$60,000 - $90,000 a year
Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities. Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
