Job Summary:
Premier Cloud is a Google Cloud Premier Partner dedicated to helping organizations modernize and scale through cloud technology. As a Customer Engineer, Data & Analytics, you will be the technical expert in client-facing roles, focusing on designing and delivering data solutions on Google Cloud Platform, while collaborating with clients and technical teams to optimize data architectures.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex technical discovery and needs analysis with clients and sales teams to deeply understand and solve their unique data challenges and goals.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions on GCP, directly influencing client success and transformation.
• Develop, build, and deploy critical data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using core GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, etc.).
• Leverage your expertise to optimize data architectures for cost-efficiency and maximum performance.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Work with cloud architects and developers to integrate data solutions into end-to-end client applications.
• Conduct client readiness assessments to leverage Google Cloud for data analysis.
• Provide expert technical guidance and consulting support to clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices, knowledge sharing, and reusable solution templates for presales use.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying data solutions on GCP.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data warehouse design, and data pipeline development.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
