The Opportunity
As a Data Validation Risk Director, within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will lead the design and execution of innovative strategies for business data validation during ERP implementations. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers the chance to shape client engagements and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Responsibilities

- Mentoring and guiding emerging leaders within the team

- Shaping the direction of client projects to secure successful outcomes

- Overseeing the execution of ERP implementation processes with a focus on quality

- Identifying market opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs

- Upholding adherence to professional standards and established practices in data analytics

- Leading data validation and risk management initiatives to support client engagements
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
- Driving the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize client operations
- Overseeing the integration and manipulation of data using tools like Alteryx and Python

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 8 years of experience in a public accounting firm or professional services organization

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
