North Point Technology is hiring a Data Integration Lead to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for a data-focused engineer who builds and manages pipelines that ensure intelligence data is accessible, reliable, and mission-ready.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage data ingestion pipelines across intelligence systems
  • Normalize and structure data for downstream analysis and dissemination
  • Support ETL processes and data transformation in classified environments
  • Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems
  • Work with analysts and engineers to ensure data usability
  • Identify gaps in data flow and improve integration performance
  • Support system-to-system data exchange across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or mission systems
  • Experience building or maintaining data pipelines in DoD or IC environments
  • Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data
  • Experience working in SCIF environments supporting mission operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army data systems
  • Experience with SQL, data transformation tools, or ETL frameworks
  • Familiarity with intelligence data feeds or sensor data
  • Experience supporting large-scale or distributed data environments
