      \n We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Data Analyst - Data Transformation to support a large\-scale enterprise data transformation initiative for a leading financial services organization. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into scalable, cloud\-based data solutions. A key role in data analysis, business process optimization, requirements definition, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring high\-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.\n

      • Perform data lineage analysis, data profiling, and data mapping across enterprise applications and data platforms. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Analyze legacy data assets and map them to target\-state cloud\-based data architectures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise data transformation initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Create user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and product owners to define business\-aligned data solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Evaluate event\-driven and entity\-based data models while identifying transformation opportunities and data gaps.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Support cloud\-based data ingestion and integration initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and validation activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and project timelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage expectations, and communicate project progress effectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Utilize AI\-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or other approved LLMs to improve documentation, analysis, and delivery efficiency.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
        \n <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Support enterprise data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational data standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or technology transformation programs.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven experience in data lineage, data profiling, data mapping, and business process analysis.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience working with cloud\-based data platforms and modern data ingestion architectures.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data governance, and data integration concepts.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span>\n
          \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience working in Agile environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

          • Experience within the secondary mortgage industry.<\/span>\n

          • Hands\-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.<\/span>\n
            \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Experience with enterprise data modernization and legacy system transformation projects.<\/span>\n
            \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.<\/span>\n
            \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Familiarity with AI\-assisted business analysis tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude.<\/span>\n
            \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI\-PBA, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.<\/span>\n
