Oregon-Based Freight Coordination (Albuquerque hiring focus with nationwide remote opportunities)

Position Overview

This role supports routing operations and load tracking by maintaining accurate shipment data, coordinating logistics workflows, and ensuring timely delivery. Local candidates may have hybrid engagement; remote candidates can work fully online through Oregon-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor freight routing and shipment progress

Maintain accurate operational and dispatch records

Support coordination between dispatch teams and drivers

Communicate updates on shipment status and delays

Assist in workflow optimization and process adherence

Identify and report operational inefficiencies

Ensure data accuracy across all tracking systems

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Computer literacy and familiarity with dispatch systems
