QA Automation Tester

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ/ Alpharetta, GA/ Wilmington, DE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Experience setting up test data and test environments
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Work with developers to resolve defects and issues.
  • Create test cases and scripts that can be used by end-users to conduct UAT and/or Pilot Testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA.
  • Interpret test data and interface with development teams and management.
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Track and report test results for the product's compliance to the functional specifications.
  • Conduct non-functional testing such as performance, load, and security testing.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
  • Advocate for continuous quality improvement and best practices in QA processes.
