As a Manager, Technology & Business Strategy, you will help shape the strategic direction of a large-scale technology organization by partnering with leaders across technology and business teams to solve complex challenges, identify growth opportunities, and influence enterprise priorities. 


In this role, you will lead critical workstreams that support strategy development, operating model evolution, and technology transformation initiatives. Using analytical thinking, research, and data-driven insights, you will evaluate emerging trends, assess business and technology opportunities, and translate complex information into actionable recommendations for senior leaders. Your work will directly influence decisions related to Agile and DevOps practices, cloud and digital platforms, technology investment priorities, and organizational effectiveness. 


You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships across stakeholders, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and drive meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What you have

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, corporate strategy, business transformation, or a related strategic role.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex business and technology challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conducting research, analyzing data, gathering stakeholder input, and synthesizing findings into executive-level insights and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage or lead workstreams across multiple projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in situations involving ambiguity or incomplete information.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy organization supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Experience within financial services, technology organizations, or highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of technology strategy, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, digital platforms, cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence and technology operating models. 
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, data strategy, data governance, or enterprise data initiatives. 
  • Experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting strategic planning processes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and results orientation when leading projects through changing priorities and evolving business needs. 
  • Advanced storytelling and presentation development skills using PowerPoint and executive communication frameworks.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 

 
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
