Job description

Imagine what you could do here! The people here at Apple don’t just create products - they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.
Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
Apple Store Online is building the commerce infrastructure for a world where AI agents shop on behalf of people. This role makes sense of that landscape. You will track how agentic platforms are evolving, measure how ASO experiences perform inside them, and turn fragmented signals into the clear narratives and frameworks that drive strategy and investment. This is not a role for someone who stops at the data. The best candidate sees the story the data is telling, knows how to make that story land with a senior audience, and uses every tool available to do it well, from Tableau and Adobe Analytics to AI platforms that accelerate research, synthesis, and communication.
Description
This role owns the intelligence layer for agentic commerce: platform tracking, performance analysis, competitive monitoring, and the reporting infrastructure the team depends on. You will translate data and signals into clear points of view, build the materials that keep the team informed, and partner with strategy and delivery to ensure insights reach decisions.","responsibilities":"Own platform intelligence across the agentic commerce ecosystem
Analyze and narrate performance across platforms, surfaces, and markets
Build decision frameworks, QBRs, and sources of truth
Recommend where and why experiences should scale
Track platform capabilities, competitive moves, and ecosystem shifts across major agentic platforms
Monitor industry news, Apple internal intelligence, and partner developments on an ongoing basis
Analyze experience performance across engagement, conversion, and journey completion
Build comparison frameworks and evaluation models for platforms, features, and investment decisions
Translate complex, ambiguous data into clear points of view and strategic recommendations
Design and deliver executive-ready materials: Keynote decks, Pages briefings, performance narratives, and QBR
Partner with strategy and delivery to ensure insights connect to decisions and execution
Preferred Qualifications
Active use of AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) for research, analysis, synthesis, and content production
Experience producing recurring intelligence products e.g. newsletters, briefings, or market reports
Experience in AI, digital commerce, or platform ecosystems
Strong systems thinking: able to connect platform-level signals to business implications
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or commercial teams
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in analytics, strategy, product intelligence, or management consulting
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data into a clear point of view
Fluency with modern analytics and BI platforms, including Tableau and Adobe Analytics
Experience evaluating digital platforms, products, or technology ecosystems
Experience designing and delivering executive presentations with strong visual storytelling in Keynote or equivalent
Familiarity with agentic surfaces and emerging AI interaction models
