Project Storage Manager – Indianapolis, IN

What You’ll Do as a Project Storage Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Management team, ensuring seamless communication, customer service excellence, and reliable on-time delivery to job sites.

You’ll:

  • Own and optimize project timelines, workflows, and processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders to consistently meet—or exceed—customer expectations throughout project lifecycle
  • Drive seamless project execution by coordinating third-party logistics, including scheduling, delivery timelines, special requirements, and expedited requests
  • Streamline job management data and inventory reports to communicate job completion with customers and internal departments
  • Lead post-project closeout, including the strategic relocation or disposal of surplus materials in partnership with Project Management
  • Maintain profitability through precise pricing of value-added services such as storage, delivery, and third-party logistics, helping protect margins and support sustainable growth
  • Allocate project storage locations within business system software to support efficient order fulfillment
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing utilization and inventory turnover, helping optimize operations, reduce excess storage, and improve overall program efficiency
  • Ensure financial accountability by documenting and verifying stored inventory through detailed image capture for customer assurance
