Product Operations group is looking to add a Product Manager to support data systems, automation, and tools that enhance manufacturing of Apple's products.

You will be responsible for driving solutions from ideation through to deployment, ensuring readiness of data collection and reporting for Apple's products around the world.

This team works to ensure our product manufacturing data collection, analytics, and reporting are ready along with new product requirements during their many lifecycles (prototype through sustaining).

This team is made up of creative innovators and problem solvers who tackle unique challenges to ideate, translate those ideas into concepts, and deliver new solutions in the data space.

It takes deeply dedicated, intelligent, and hard-working individuals to maintain and exceed the high expectations for the exciting products at Apple.

The Product Operations Data Team is looking for an extraordinary Product Manager.

You will craft, design, and implement our data strategy across the massive supply chain and help build the future of our manufacturing systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of product or program management experience, ideally including internal product management, in a highly technical field.
  • BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program/product management background with a proven track record of end-to-end project execution.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity with databases, large data sets, dashboards, and business intelligence tools — with the ability to apply them for planning, problem-solving, and identifying improvements.
  • Experience with manufacturing infrastructure concepts, with the ability to define requirements or identify process improvements.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively influence peers and management.
  • General operations and factory knowledge; good judgment on what is meaningful to drive impact.
  • Tableau/data visualization skills and scripting (Python, SQL).
  • Skilled at distilling complex problems into simple explanations under tight timelines, and presenting findings at both working and executive levels.
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in an unstructured, global, virtual environment.
  • Highly desirable (but not required) to have education/experience in high-tech manufacturing, supply chain management, NPI, or manufacturing operations.
