GENERAL FUNCTION

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently navigating through the business' diverse data sources and complex processes, including production, procurement, purchase orders, logistics, costing, and master data assets in order to accurately verify product information that then feeds into SAP.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as key contributor to the success of the global supply chain by creating and revising all Excel POs for designated product categories
  • Check and confirm SAP POs against Excel POs.
  • Verify vendor shipping documents against PO quantities.
  • Prepare and verify Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs)
  • Vet and review master data for accuracy.
  • Provide general assistance to the Master Data & Operations Analyst and Sr. Manager inclusive of ad-hoc tasks that support our Global AP teams, shipping teams, and DC teams by verifying data separate from the above mentioned.
  • Contribute actively to a high-performing Master Data & Costing team in a highly collaborative environment by working in tandem with the Strategic Costing Associate to ensure the document they are both working in is accurate prior to submission to SAP.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in data and technology-related roles in the apparel/ retail industry
  • Microsoft Office application experience is required.
  • SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a curious, team-oriented attitude, eager to contribute to the success of a high-performing team and drive business advancement.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, prioritization, attention to detail, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: 22.18  - 29.91
