Regional Manager — Orangetheory FitnessWhite Lake & Grand Blanc Studios | Full-Time

Be fit. Change lives. Have fun.
Do you thrive on leading people, growing a business, and creating an exceptional member experience? Are you someone who can see both the big picture and the details that make a studio successful? If you’re energized by building strong teams, driving results, and making a meaningful impact, this could be the opportunity for you.
We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee our Orangetheory Fitness White Lake and Grand Blanc studios. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success of both locations.
The Regional Manager will work closely with the ownership and leadership teams to set the direction for both studios, develop and hold leaders accountable, drive membership and revenue growth, and ensure that our members and employees have an exceptional experience.
We are looking for someone who is driven, approachable, organized, and highly accountable. Someone who can motivate a team, make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership when things don't go according to plan.
If something needs to be fixed, you fix it. If a team member needs coaching, you coach them. If a member reaches a milestone, you make sure they feel celebrated. If a studio has an opportunity to grow, you figure out how to make it happen.
What You'll Do
Lead Two Studios

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the White Lake and Grand Blanc studios
  • Partner with ownership to establish goals, priorities, and strategies for both locations
  • Ensure both studios consistently operate to Orangetheory standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, member experience, staffing, and profitability
  • Serve as a visible leader within both studios and maintain a strong connection with members and employees
Drive Business Growth

  • Own membership growth, retention, revenue, and overall studio performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase membership and recurring revenue
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities and areas of concern
  • Lead sales performance and hold the team accountable to sales goals
  • Develop strategies around lead generation, conversion, referrals, retention, and reactivation
  • Help create and execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Develop & Lead the Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop Head Coaches, coaches, and sales associates
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability across both studios
  • Conduct regular performance conversations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
  • Identify high-potential team members and help develop them into future leaders
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain talented team members
  • Build a culture that is positive, energetic, accountable, and member-focused
  • Ensure staffing levels and schedules support the needs of both studios
Create an Exceptional Member Experience

  • Build a culture where members feel known, valued, and celebrated
  • Ensure members receive a consistently high-quality experience from their first interaction through their entire membership
  • Monitor member feedback and proactively address concerns
  • Ensure milestones, birthdays, achievements, and member successes are recognized
  • Build strong relationships within the local community
Own the Details

  • Ensure studio schedules, staffing, payroll, inventory, facilities, and operational processes are managed effectively
  • Identify issues before they become larger problems
  • Partner with ownership and the operations team on financial and administrative responsibilities
  • Ensure both studios remain organized, clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Maintain strong communication between studio leadership and ownership
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a leader who can run the business, develop people, and drive results.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior management or leadership experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, sales, retail, or a related industry
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong business and sales acumen
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
  • A high level of accountability and follow-through
  • An enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and approachable personality
  • A passion for health, wellness, fitness, and helping others
  • The ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable while maintaining strong relationships
  • A willingness to be hands-on and visible in the studios
  • A team-first mindset and a genuine desire to create a great place to work
Orangetheory experience is a plus, but not required. We will consider strong leaders with management experience outside of fitness who demonstrate the ability to learn the Orangetheory model and lead a high-performing team.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means more than simply keeping the studios running.
You will be successful when:
  • Both studios are consistently growing and hitting performance goals
  • Membership and recurring revenue are increasing
  • Sales teams are consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Members are engaged, retained, and excited to be part of the Orangetheory community
  • Leaders and team members are growing in their roles
  • Both studios have strong staffing and operational systems
  • Expectations are clear and accountability is consistent
  • The studios operate with a strong, positive culture
  • Ownership can trust you to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive results
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Commission
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Cell phone plan
  • Complimentary Orangetheory membership
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
