Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Power BI to join our
Reporting & Analytics (Insighters) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience
in building Power BI dashboards, working with diverse data sources, and operating in an
Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide insightful business
analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work with various data sources (e.g., SAP Commissions, data feeds, and other
enterprise systems) to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while implementing best practices in data
visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into analytical solutions.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability within Power BI.
• Work within an Agile framework to deliver iterative improvements and
enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues while ensuring data security and
compliance.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI development, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
• Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL pipelines.
• Experience working with SAP Commissions, data feeds, and enterprise-level data
sources.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical
