Job Summary:
Keep all profiles up to date including adding, deleting and activating users in FSFN/CCWIS and Mindshare. Complete full caseload reassignments in FSFN when Case Managers leave. Job Duties
  • This position serves as Security Officer for Circuit 4 and Circuit 6
  • FSFN clean up reports
  • Manage the accounts for FSFN and Mindshare
  • Merge duplicate cases and providers in FSFN
  • Complete audit on active workers in FSFN to ensure only those requiring access to the database have it
  • Other duties as assigned

Education: High School or GED.
Experience: Two or more years experience in FSFN on cases with dependent, emotionally disturbed, or high risk children and their families.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:Valid driver's license.
