Data Loss Prevention and Data Security Analyst (Banking)

Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (LOCAL ONLY)

SUMMARY:

Supports Data Loss Prevention and Data Security mission critical initiative to protect a bank sensitive data. This person will be considered the SME.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate policy development/rule tuning within Data Loss Prevention suite of technologies. DLP Analysts will provide this individual feedback on policies and rules that are/aren''t working and this individual will be responsible for ensuring that rules/policies are developed properly. This individual will also be responsible for working with the data analysts to create and deliver data loss metrics for reporting, and drafting playbooks/job aids for their responsibilities.

SKILLS:
  • Strong knowledge of Proofpoint is a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview and Island.io. is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail, inquisitive, strong written and verbal communication skills is also a must.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, and dynamic team who are results driven.
