Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Management and Data Architecture Specialist to support the development, integration, and lifecycle management of project requirements and structured technical data.
  • This role combines requirements management expertise with data architecture skills to ensure that project information is accurately captured, traceable, and consistently managed across requirements, project management, and asset management systems.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain and organize requirements within a structured requirements management database.
  • Establish and manage traceability between requirements, design documents, test cases, and verification activities.
  • Collaborate with licensing, engineering, project management, and technical stakeholders to clarify expectations and resolve ambiguities.
  • Support change management processes, including impact assessments and requirements updates.
  • Generate requirements reports, traceability matrices, and performance metrics using established tools and data sources.
  • Working under supervisory direction, develop and implement methodologies for importing project data into requirements management, project management, and asset management platforms.
  • Assist in defining data structures, mappings, and workflows that improve data consistency, quality, and usability across systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance practices are followed and that system integrations meet project needs.
