Job Summary:

The Electrical Lead Coordinator provides on-site electrical and minor I&C coordination support for a power generation utility. This is a field-based role that requires the ability to communicate effectively and work closely with contractors constructing assigned projects. The position works with design and record drawings to plan and track work packages associated with the Weatherization project at Plant Ratcliffe as well as any newly assigned OPCO capital projects or OPCO Retrofit/Outage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the construction of electrical and minor I&C scope of work for the Weatherization project at Plant Ratcliffe.
  • Coordinate the construction of electrical and minor I&C scope of work for newly assigned OPCO capital projects or OPCO Retrofit/Outage projects.
  • Utilize design and/or record drawings to plan and track work packages.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with contractors constructing assigned projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Lead Coordinator, or minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Coordinator.
  • Some I&C coordination or collaboration experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with design and/or record drawings to plan and track work packages.
  • Strong communication skills for working with contractors.
  • Local candidates preferred.
