What You Will Do

  • Help clients maximize the value of their data across the full analytics lifecycle, including data querying and wrangling, data visualization and business intelligence (BI), predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

  • Support clients in defining information strategy, data architecture, and data governance

  • Implement enterprise analytics and data management solutions that enable actionable insights, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust and data integrity, and improve operational effectiveness

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams to deliver highquality, clientfocused solutions

  • Engage directly with clients and communicate confidently about data products, analytics methodologies, and industry trends

  • Operate effectively in a highvisibility, clientfacing role within a dynamic consulting environment

What You Will Need

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required

  • A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in data science or data analytics is required

  • Proficiency in querying data using SQL

  • Experience performing statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning using Python or R

  • Experience integrating AI/ML solutions (e.g., LLMs, predictive models) into production applications

  • Ability to consult with clients to identify analytics needs and drive solutions forward

  • Experience leading or supporting small teams and managing client relationships

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering analytics solutions in healthcare, public health, or federal health IT environments

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline

  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Snowflake SnowPro, or similar)

  • Experience deploying AI or machine learning models into production environments

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
