About the Role

Enterprise Developments LLC, a division of Cronkhite Property Management, is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-family construction projects ranging from 4-plex townhomes to 100+ unit apartment communities. This position reports directly to the GM/Operations Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full construction lifecycle--from pre-construction planning to project completion--ensuring each build meets quality, budget, and timeline goals.


Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Ensure construction meets quality standards and is ready for leasing turnover
  • Monitor job progress and enforce safety compliance
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and leasing teams to align project goals
  • Assist in building and developing the construction division, including team growth
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and company policies
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (multi-family experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of general construction, building science, and building codes
  • Ability to analyze project cost data and identify corrective actions
  • Proficiency with computers and mobile technology (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work occasional extended hours, including some weekends, based on project needs
