Position Summary

The AI Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives—from technical scoping through deployment. The role will partner with engineering, data science, and business leaders to coordinate resources, mitigate project risks, and ensure AI investments are successfully integrated into daily operations. The role requires a highly organized leader who can manage complex technical logistics and drive alignment across business, operations, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical AI projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate diverse resources across engineering, data science, and business operations to support transformation initiatives
  • Actively identify and mitigate risks specific to AI deployment, including regulatory compliance and data privacy
  • Facilitate clear communication between highly technical developers and business stakeholders
  • Establish project KPIs tied to delivery speed, budget adherence, and successful operational handoffs
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably overseeing data or software engineering initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional technical initiatives and deliver measurable project outcomes
