Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and mentor a team of data scientists on performance, growth, production, and day-to-day responsibilities
โ€ข Partner across business and technology organizations to align on priorities, influence strategy, and execute against a shared vision
โ€ข Query, analyze, and summarize large and complex datasets to drive business strategy and decision-making
โ€ข Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems
โ€ข Support the development and scaling of internal and user-facing data products
โ€ข Work with team members and stakeholders to translate business processes and challenges tractable data science problems
โ€ข Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and conduct recurring evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
โ€ข Generate simulations, experiments, and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making
โ€ข Pull and create reports necessary to support the team and senior leadership in tracking strategic goals and outcomes

Qualifications:
Required:
