We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning & Data Science Lead who enjoys working hands-on with models, data, and production systems-while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. This role blends applied data science with practical ML engineering to help design, build, and improve AI-powered capabilities across our digital channels and operations.

What You'll Do
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement ML models for personalization, recommendations, targeting, and operational improvements.
• Develop predictive and forecasting solutions that use first-party data to support marketing, store operations, and inventory planning.
• Integrate models into production environments, partnering with engineers to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to experimentation efforts, helping design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact.
• Support ongoing model monitoring and refinement, ensuring quality, fairness, and explainability remain central.
• Work across the business to explore new opportunities where data science and ML can improve customer experience or operational efficiency.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in applied ML, data science, or quantitative product roles.
• Experience with recommendation systems, predictive modeling, clustering, and time series forecasting.
• Practical experience deploying models to production (Python, AWS/GCP, APIs).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis for experimentation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
