About the Role:
We're looking for an Associate Data Scientist to help turn complex data into clear, actionable business decisions. You'll develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques, analyze large datasets to surface meaningful patterns, and partner with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions. You'll communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports, stay current on emerging data science techniques, and help bring your work to life through web interfaces and API deployments. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data science career looking to build hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, from modeling to deployment.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop predictive models using statistical and deep machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
  • Analyze large and somewhat complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that drive key business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven solutions that meet business objectives
  • Communicate results and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and reports that are easy to understand
  • Review the latest developments in data science and machine learning techniques, and continuously improve the organization's analytical capabilities

What You'll Bring:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or any related occupation.
  • 1 year experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • 1 year experience with model deployment in production using different tools and methods including Docker, Docker Compose, FastAPI, Flask, Gunicorn.
  • 1 year experience with big data and database, including SQL and NoSQL. Experience may have been gained concurrently.

The expected base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,00 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for additional incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
