Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse data systems, optimizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse tasks. Familiarity with WMS is a plus, data analysis, Excel, and scan-based technology (PDA/RF Scanners), along with a solid background in warehouse operations and temporary workforce coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse operational metrics, inventory accuracy, and productivity data.
    • Utilize Advanced Excel and data management tools to generate insightful operational reports for leadership.
  • WMS & Systems Support:
    • Maintain and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
    • Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and inventory mismatches in real time.
  • Scanning & Hardware Operations:
    • Manage handheld scanning equipment (PDAs, RF scanners, barcode readers) and ensure accurate data collection across all operations.
    • Train warehouse personnel on correct scanning protocols and barcode system usage.
  • Warehouse Labor Coordination:
    • Support daily warehouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
    • Assist in managing and coordinating temporary workforce (temp staff) schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel skills (Formulas, charts, etc.).
  • Warehouse operations experience is preferred..
  • Experience working with handheld scanners (PDA/RF Scanner).
  • Experience analyzing operational or inventory data.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

The base pay range for this role is between $55,000 - $65,000 per Salary, in addition to $6/hour night shift allowance for applicable night shifts, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
