AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $32.84 ou/or $51.75 (Sept. 2025 - Aug. 2026)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Nature of Work:

We are looking for a research assistant to work on a research project examining intergroup relations in a Montreal neighborhood.

The project will explore issues related to intergroup attitudes and sense of identity and belonging.

The student will be responsible, among other tasks, for analyzing survey data, compiling census data, and analyzing interviews with neighborhood residents.

Qualifications:

A solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as the literature on identity and a sense of belonging among minority groups.
