  • Take reporting requirements from Business and leverage or create datasets to be used in a visualization tool for the Business to then access on a go forward basis.

Roles and Responsibilities of this role:
  • Run Daily report uploads for data to be viewed in Tableau
  • Understand the underlying data structure for Service Operations
  • Automate Data Ingestion or Consumption processes using Python for new data or reporting request and existing report processes
  • Create or modify visualization for data consumption within Tableau
  • Assist in conversion of existing reporting process as the company transitions to new data platform or modernization.
  • Collaborate with existing team members and share alternative methods or solutions
