The HR Data Analyst supports our growing HR Analytics function to advance the HR data analytics strategy. This role serves as the operational foundation of the team — ensuring that our workforce data is accurate, well-governed, and consistently ready to support reporting and informed decision-making across the organization. Job Responsibility
  • Workforce Data Readiness & Auditing — Responsible for the ongoing audit and maintenance of HR data, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure that workforce records are clean, consistent, and report-ready on a continuous basis.
  • Workforce Reporting — Serves as the primary administrator of the forecasting of budgeted and non-budgeted FTE positions, ensuring headcount projections align with organizational goals. Oversees contingent workforce tracking to provide a complete and accurate view of total workforce capacity. Partners with functional leaders, Accounting, and Financial Planning to ensure accurate forecasting, reconciliation, and time allocation for contingent workers.
  • Routine HR Reporting — Owns the delivery of core recurring reports (including headcount, turnover, and vacancy tracking) providing leadership with timely, accurate data.
  • Data Governance & Standards — Upholds consistent data governance practices across HR systems, ensuring that defined standards are followed, discrepancies are addressed proactively, and the integrity of workforce data is protected at all times.
  • AI Tool Enablement — Supports identification and testing of new opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and impact of HR data analysis and workforce reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Data Partnership — Serves as a reliable data resource for Finance, Payroll, and HR leadership, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring that the information needed to support business decisions is accurate, accessible, and delivered with consistency.
  • Leadership Enablement & Tool Training — Supports leadership's ability to independently access and interpret workforce insights by providing training and guidance on dashboards, SuccessFactors Stories, and survey findings. Builds confidence across the organization in using data as a day-to-day decision-making tool. Develops and updates company overview presentations
Job Responsibilities Cont.Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or related quantitative field and three (3) years of experience working in a data analytics environment. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Experience Required

Requires minimum of two (2) years of experience: Reporting in HR data, systems, or reporting; workforce analytics or comparable data analysis; performing queries, developing reports and visualizations, and a variety of analytic products. Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SuccessFactors preferred), PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or similar data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools. Expertise in Microsoft Office. Experience in developing reporting, which includes interpretation and presenting information and insights to all layers of the organization in a concise, clear, and timely manner. Experience with AI prompt-based tools to accelerate data analysis, automation and reporting narratives is appreciated.
