In addition, this role supports analyticsdriven identification and sizing of new value creation initiatives.

This role requires a highly structured problem solver who is comfortable working across multiple data sources and analytics tools, translating complex data into clear narratives, and partnering with stakeholders who may not have deep analytics backgrounds.

    • Risks, slippage, and upside opportunities
  • Prepare reporting leveraged by the Chief Transformation Officer and senior leadership for governance, steering, and decisionmaking
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across reporting outputs

Partnership with VCO Team & Finance

  • Work closely with VCO team to guide how savings and value opportunities are structured, documented, and maintained in the value tracking tool
  • Partner with VCO Finance to ensure alignment between value tracking, financial measurement, and P&L impact
  • Provide standardized reporting and analytics to support Finance's validation and tracking of transformation impact
  • Ensure consistency between initiativelevel tracking and enterpriselevel reporting

Analytics in Support of Value Creation

  • Support analytics efforts to identify, size, and prioritize new value creation initiatives
  • Perform analytical deep dives to quantify opportunities, assess tradeoffs, and support factbased decision making
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for nontechnical audiences

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted analytics and reporting partner to crossfunctional value creation teams
  • Support teams that may be less familiar with data and analytics by providing guidance, structure, and clarity
  • Enable a common language and understanding of performance across the enterprise

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, analytics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or finance roles supporting largescale transformations or performance programs

  • Strong analytical and structured problemsolving skills
  • Experience working across a broad set of analytics, data, and performance management tools, including Excel, Power BI, enterprise performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), and initiative/value tracking tools
