These challenges make the work dynamic and rewarding for those who enjoy solving technical puzzles and providing critical support to clients.

How much do SpaceX recovery technicians make?

SpaceX recovery technicians typically earn between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, depending on experience and location. The role involves working with aerospace equipment, often requiring technical skills and safety certifications, and may include shift work or on-call duties.

What is the salary of data recovery software?

Data recovery software is a tool used by professionals in the data recovery field, not a job title. Salaries for data recovery specialists or technicians typically range from $40,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and location. Proficiency with data recovery tools and understanding of file systems are important skills in this role.

What is a Data Recovery job?

A Data Recovery job involves retrieving lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data from storage devices like hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, and memory cards. Professionals in this field use specialized software and hardware tools to recover files that may have been deleted, damaged, or lost due to system failures, malware, or physical damage. They also assess storage media, implement recovery strategies, and ensure data integrity. Many data recovery specialists work for IT services, forensic teams, or businesses that require critical data restoration.

Job description

Job Summary:ย

We are looking for a highly versatile and hands-on Senior Data Engineer to help design, build, andย operateย a modern cloud data platform. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, platform reliability, and systems integration.ย Help evolve the data platform to support AI-assisted data operations, including building contextual data layers that allow AI agents to understand pipelines, schemas, and system health.ย Enable conversational access to data so business users and analysts can explore datasets, ask questions, and generate insights through AI-powered interfaces.ย

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex data problems, building scalable pipelines, and improving the reliability and performance of data systems from source ingestion through analytics delivery.ย

You will play a key role in shaping how data flows across the organization, ensuring that pipelines are reliable, data is trustworthy, and the platform can scale as new sources and use casesย emerge.ย

Problems You Will Help Solve:ย

  • Integrate data from multiple external systems and ensure it flows reliably into the organizationโ€™s data platform.ย

  • Build scalable pipelines that can accommodate evolving schemas, new data sources, and changing business needs.ย

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across ingestion, transformation, and warehouse layers.ย

  • Maintain a high-performing Snowflake environment that supports analytics and reporting workloads at scale.ย

  • Improve the reliability, observability, and maintainability of data pipelines and data infrastructure.ย

  • Continuously evolve the data platform so new integrations and data products can be delivered quickly and safely.ย

  • Enable AI-assisted exploration of enterprise data by building structured metadata, lineage, and semantic layers that allow AI systems to reason about datasets and pipeline behavior.ย

Duties/Responsibilities:ย

  • Data Platform & Warehousingย

  • Implement modern data architecture patterns such as layered data models (e.g., raw, standardized, curated) to support scalable analytics.ย

  • Build structured data models and metadata layers that provide clear context about datasets, schemas, and relationships so both users and AI systems can reliably understand and query data.ย

  • Design andย maintainย Snowflake data models and transformations that support reliable reporting and analytics workloads.ย

  • Optimizeย warehouse performance and manage compute usage to balance performance and cost.ย
