Oversees Data Center Operations across multiple data centers, managing and integrating team performance, operations metrics, and capacity analysis into the broader business line strategy. Directs multiple teams in supporting escalated technical issues, crisis management, and root cause analysis, while standardizing processes and maintaining an accurate knowledge base. Leads new region builds and expansion activities, acting as a senior liaison with project and engineering teams to manage timelines, capacity, and ensure adherence to world-class standards. Guides teams responsible for installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics, enforces standards for component replacements and upgrades, recommends significant purchases, and implements advanced maintenance strategies to optimize data center efficiency and stability.

Data Center Site Portfolio Management:
-Oversees Data Center Operations team across multiple data centers.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Issue Management and Automation:

-Proposes and implements advanced strategies for issue triage and leverages automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools to prevent and resolve potential problems.
-Identifies, documents, and standardizes issues, processes, and solutions, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the data center knowledge base, tailored to departmental requirements.
-Guides team members to implement strategy for incident or crisis management protocols in alignment with business continuity plans.
-Leads team members in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following crises or incidents, and updates documentation to capture process improvements.
Data Center Expansion Support:
-Oversees the management of new region builds and expansion activities, both onsite and remotely.
-Acts as a senior liaison with project teams and data center engineering, ensuring comprehensive timelines and capacity needs are strategically managed for a broad array of expansion projects and site builds.
-Collaborates with and directs project teams to maintain world-class standards in all expansion projects and site builds.
Installation and Maintenance:
-Leads multiple teams in installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics tasks for data centers.
-Creates and enforces standards for component replacements and upgrades.
-Recommends and oversees significant purchases or upgrades for data centers.
-Directs high-level planning and coordination of rack deployments, installations, and network infrastructure upgrades/changes.
-Implements advanced maintenance strategies of the Data Center facilities with regard to efficiency and stability (e.g. containment, air flow & pressure, power trains).

-Drives cross-functional partnerships to align on expectations and shared objectives across multiple teams. Coaches team members to develop strategic relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and long-term success. Promotes inclusivity by actively seeking and listening to diverse perspectives, ensuring others feel heard and respected.
Problem Solving:
-Provides direction to multiple teams on addressing complex operational and/or technical issues as well as providing guidance on analyzing complex data and/or information to identify solutions. Reviews and provides insights into unresolved or critical issues, helping the team to identify potential solutions.
Continuous Learning:
-Models engaging in continuous learning to deepen expertise and stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into strategic planning. Leverages feedback to drive personal and team skill improvements. Identifies skill gaps across teams, and empowers team members to pursue learning and knowledge sharing opportunities that build their expertise in new areas and coaches them to apply learnings to advance the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
-Drives team to collaborate on, develop, and implement ideas to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, protocols, and workflows within and across teams, providing oversight. Performance and Development:
-Drives performance across teams by providing feedback and coaching in alignment with performance management processes, guidelines, and expectations. Develops and manages talent acquisition pipeline by leading candidate interviews, monitoring promotion eligibility, and/or orchestrating talent resources.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
