Summary
Victaulic is seeking an Analyst to receive, audit, process, and analyze reconciliation claims for roughly 20 U.S. and America Latina customers, utilizing Victaulic's dynamic and agile pricing strategies. Attention to detail and time management is paramount for this role. Analyst will work closely with the Pricing team and Sales to ensure accuracy of reporting, while maintaining close relationships with distributors and points of contact.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Analyze appropriate data from internal and third-party systems, perform quality assurance checks on data and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a customer.
• Research and resolve chargeback claims.
• Facilitate accurate and appropriate responses to pricing disputes working with Victaulic Sales and customers.
• Data entry, processing and issuance of pricing credits.
• Monthly metrics and reporting to internal sales and customers.
• Responsible for taking ownership of the pricing reconciliation process including onboarding of new customers to Reconciliation.
• Collaborates with team members to continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.
• Ability to work with multiple departments (sales, customer care, finance, etc.) Must stay focused on the duties of the position while at the same time be flexible to meet our customers' needs.
• Participate in special projects to develop, implement and enhance processes and policies that improve efficiency and standardization.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales operation process.
Education, Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience in a multi-functional, high-volume processing environment
• Have strong computer skills and be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel. Advanced Excel skills a requirement
• Must have strong organizational skills as well as excellent people skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Must have a strong work ethic and drive to achieve established goals and deadlines, with a desire for, and commitment to learning and growth
• Analytical and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to think proactively and manage time effectively. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and work closely with others to understand the organization
• Experience with BI (Qlik /Power BI) and databases (CRM, data warehouse, ERP, etc.) a plus
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and to manage tight timelines as required
• Victaulic product knowledge desired
