Role Summary

ACI is seeking an experienced Senior Data Quality Engineer (internally known as Senior Data Quality Specialist) to join our highperforming Data Management team. This role is ideal for a handson, technically strong data quality professional with deep experience designing business rules and delivering cloudbased, enterprisescale data quality solutions. The Senior Data Quality Engineer will report to the Manager, Software Engineering and play a key role in ensuring trusted, reliable data across the organization.

This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO or Dallas, TX office.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead and implement endtoend data quality (DQ) solutions in the cloud using AWS technologies.

  • Design and maintain a scalable data quality platform leveraging AWS services (Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, Athena), Datadog, Snowflake, and BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to support automated reconciliations, data profiling, metrics, and dashboards.

  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues by reviewing reports, KPIs, patterns, and trends to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Apply advanced analytical and predictive techniques to diagnose root causes and anticipate potential data quality risks.

  • Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports and insights for management and stakeholders, translating complex data findings into informed decisionmaking.

  • Partner closely with engineers, developers, and business leaders to drive process improvements, recommend system enhancements, and support data governance strategies.

What You Bring to the Team (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in data quality engineering or data engineering, with a proven track record designing and leading enterprisescale data quality frameworks or platforms.

  • Strong handson experience with AWS cloudnative services, Snowflake, and Datadog.

  • Proficiency with Glue ETL, Tableau, and PowerBI.

  • Advanced experience with Python, SQL, and data quality automation.

  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical, data exploration, and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a highly collaborative, Agile team environment.

  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong business partnerships.
