About The Position 

We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support decision-making across departments by transforming data into actionable insights. Reporting to the SVP of Network Optimization, you will sit in the Assets department as the key data leader. The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data drives business strategy, performance, and process improvement. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Proactively analyze datasets to answer key business questions and identify trends that drive performance, productivity, and efficiency across the organization 
  • Investigate and communicate areas where operational improvements can be made, backed by data-driven insights 
  • Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports by interpreting data from multiple sources 
  • Support stakeholders by delivering concise, accurate, and visually compelling reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel 
  • Collaborate directly with business users and department managers to gather requirements, understand objectives, and ensure data solutions meet user needs 
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes to ensure repeatability and clarity 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience 
  • 0-2 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar role 
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL a plus 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and in team environments
