Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc. is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in IT Consulting Services. The Senior Data Quality Analyst supports the accuracy and completeness of immunization information systems by validating and transforming data submitted by healthcare providers into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and assess data quality across multiple systems and data sources.
• Develop and execute data validation and cleansing routines using SQL/T-SQL and other tools.
• Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues and anomalies.
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define data quality rules and standards.
• Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.
• Support data governance efforts by contributing to metadata management and data lineage documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to prevent recurring data issues.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data meets business needs.
• Develop data quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track provider compliance and system accuracy.
• Preparing reports for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in data quality, data analysis, or data governance role.
• Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience working in cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., ACE, Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of IIS data exchange standards (VXU, ACK, QBP).
• Experience with data quality frameworks and record-matching techniques.
• Exposure to public health data systems or clinical data exchange.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Preferred:
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
