Job Description Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Lexington, TN Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week, M-F Pay Range: $70k - $80k DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package available. Job Description: Top Talent Connections is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company to find a driven and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure products consistently meet customer, company, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, experience in quality management processes, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality objectives aligned with company goals and customer expectations. Create and manage inspection, testing, and evaluation standards and procedures.

Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to analyze production data and drive process improvements. Conduct quality reviews of design documentation, vendor quality records, and production processes. Lead quality initiatives including PPAP creation, Control Plans, PFMEA development, and ISO certification management.

Investigate customer quality concerns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Prepare and present quality reports, findings, and improvement recommendations to leadership. Support quality training programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of quality engineering, quality assurance, or related manufacturing experience. Experience with PPAPs, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and ISO quality systems.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
