Position Description:
Develops analytics delivery plans and programming in languages, using SQL, R, and Python. Designs and develops dashboards and reports, using Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik. Develops and implements techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. Performs digital analytics using Adobe analytics. Uses and queries big data technologies (Snowflake and Athena). Applies data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and Machine Learning (ML) to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducts data analyses to derive insights and drive business strategy.
  • Develops data and hypothesis driven initiatives to optimize and personalize the customer experience, using data, analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product development strategies.
  • Develops and coordinates data and hypothesis driven initiatives.
  • Works with an Agile inter-disciplinary team across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, and product development, to optimize and personalize the enterprise experience.
  • Cleans and manipulates raw data using statistical software.
  • Enhances system reliability and performance through scalable monitoring and alerting frameworks.
  • Develops automation tools to streamline operations.
  • Supports incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Conducts advanced technical and functional analysis for reliability-focused initiatives.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing campaign analytics (using Power BI or Tableau), process optimization, and scalable solution design (using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Snowflake).
Or, alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) performing campaign analytics (using Power BI or Tableau), process optimization, and scalable solution design (using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Snowflake).
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") maintaining and analyzing campaign performance datasets from multiple platforms, using Adobe Analytics or Sprout Social to monitor, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing engagement; and performing campaign tagging, data normalization, and performance benchmarking to optimize marketing effectiveness across digital channels, using Adobe Analytics or Sprout Social.
  • DE driving end-to-end process mapping initiatives to design process-aligned data models and event log schemas from unstandardized data streams, using Cloud platforms Snowflake or BigQuery (GCP); validating operational assumptions using hypothesis-driven methodologies to uncover process inefficiencies, compliance gap, and automation opportunity; and delivering scalable data solutions by designing anomaly flagging systems and building frameworks that track operational metrics (deviation impacts, conformance checks, and throughput analysis) to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using Tableau or Power BI.
  • DE architecting interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau or Spotfire with dynamic user-input parameters to enable retrospective "what-if" scenario evaluations, assess digital adoption trends, and analyze NPS outcomes; enforcing hierarchical row-level security to ensure compliance and data protection, using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and JSON API integrations; and conducting load testing, stress testing, and real-time monitoring of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards under production-level conditions, using Performance Analyzer, JMeter, and Azure DB.
  • DE analyzing unstructured text data to uncover key themes and visualize patterns, using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (topic modeling techniques) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA); developing unsupervised ML models (DBSCAN) to cluster text data into defined categories; and generating word embeddings using transformer models (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT)) and their variants to perform semantic similarity.

Salary: $124,800.00 - $141,000.00/year.
