Position Summary...What you'll do...
  • Lead asset protection efforts to prevent loss, theft, and security breaches within distribution centers and fulfillment centers.
  • Ensurecompliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Lead investigations into security incidents, monitor for theft and shrinkage, manage access controls, and develop loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and personnel..
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and emergency response plans.
  • Utilize data collection and visualization tools to analyze incidents, improve processes, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance security measures and operational excellence.
  • Build business cases for new initiatives with clear ROI or cost savings.
  • Train and mentor on safety protocols, asset protection policies, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in asset protection, including conducting investigations and managing security audits to mitigate loss and shrinkage.
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with data collection, visualization, and governance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency response protocols in a distribution center environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
