Your Role at Sephora:

Ready for a career glow up? As District Asset Protection Manager, you'll be leading asset protection strategies across multiple Sephora retail locations. The work you do will impact beauty, as you reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and strengthen operational excellence through datadriven decision making. You'll lead and develop a district team of Asset Protection Partners that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about protecting people, products, and the Sephora brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Shrink Reduction: Develop and execute districtwide asset protection strategies that reduce shrinkwide asset protection strategies that reduce shrink and drive sustainable operational improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with store and corporate leadership, providing focused support to high-shrink and highrisk locations, including Extreme Shrink 2.0 stores.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and performance.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for Asset Protection Partners and store teams focused on safety, shrink reduction, audits, and asset protection best practices.
  • Operational Compliance: Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to asset protection standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Investigations: Lead and oversee investigations into shrink, internal theft, fraud, and criminal activity, ensuring ethical, discreet, and compliant execution.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize exception-based reporting and analytical tools to identifybased reporting and analytical tools to identify trends and mitigate internal and external theft.
  • Systems Oversight: Ensure asset protection systems-including CCTV, alarms, and locking mechanisms-are operational, maintained, and properly utilized.
  • External Partnerships: Build strong relationships with law enforcement, mall security, property management, and retail industry partners to support Organized Retail Crime (ORC) initiatives.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with Store Leadership, Human Resources, and corporate teams to ensure effective resolution of asset protection matters.

What You'll Bring:

  • MultiUnit Asset Protection Experience: Minimum of 5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multiunit retail environment or equivalent leadership role.
  • Investigative Expertise: Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential asset protection matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Crisis Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate emergencies and highrisk situations effectively.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to build, coach, and lead proactive asset protection teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Highly effective business partner with store leadership and cross functionalfunctional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and trends to drive informed risk mitigationmitigation strategies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
