  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve data quality standards, controls and remediation activities to improve the accuracy, consistency and completeness of data.

  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports and visualisations, including the use of Power BI, to support decision-making across Corporate Affairs.
  • Administer and continuously improve stakeholder management systems, associated processes and governance frameworks.
  • Design and implement solutions that combine data, systems and technologies to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate activities with external suppliers and technology partners, including enhancements, testing, issue resolution and service improvements.
  • Investigate and coordinate the resolution of data, system and process-related incidents, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the delivery of wider Strategic Operations & Intelligence team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in data, analytics or related disciplines along with experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • A strong understanding of data management principles, including data models, data structures, governance and data quality management
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly using PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to listen to, understand and synthesise business requirements into practical data, process and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and applying data quality, governance and management principles.
  • Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
  • Understanding of data structures, data models and information management practices.
  • Ability to create, implement and measure performance against standard processes and frameworks.
  • Experience administering or supporting business systems, platforms or databases.
  • Ability to work with suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver improvements and resolve issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Adept at navigating challenges, identifying solutions and influencing stakeholders.
  • Understanding of compliance, information governance and data protection principles.
