We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for all facets of project management for the GrayMatter Services team. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact on projects for GrayMatter clients. This position is responsible for managing the project budget and schedule, scheduling resources, managing tasks, and ensuring scope adherence during project work. Overall, the Project Manager works diligently to ensure that their assigned projects deliver success for our customers while meeting margin targets.
Location: This role is onsite at our Sewickley, PA headquarters.

General Job Duties:
  • Responsible for managing the execution of projects in line with project scope.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients - manage customer scope expectations
  • Management and preparation of project schedules, budgets and change orders
  • Allocating available resources to properly complete project work efficiently and effectively Forecasting project financial and resource needs
  • Enter and review data in the project management system including budget reviews, cost review, timecards, expenses, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with project technical leads to identify work/task breakdown structure to achieve successful project execution
  • Ability to travel per client needs.
  • The location of this position is 2000 Georgetown Drive, Sewickley, PA 15143 .
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience managing automation/control system projects
  • Strong knowledge with estimating systems and MS Project/GANTT charts
  • Experience with industrial automation projects and MES services
  • Experience with SCADA, Instrumentation, Controls, HMI and PLC projects
  • Project management skills (PMI training, PMP Certification)
  • Excellent customer service attitude, attention to detail, high level of organizational skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
