Job Description
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility: Facilitate the definition and implementation of a Communication framework and related assets
  • Team level:
    • Roadmap
      • Develop template and process/cadence around updates and publishing/communication
      • Ensure connection with top-level prioritization process, sprint planning, and stakeholder ROB
    • Establish team shared document library and workspace
      • Confirm requirements, determine the best site/tool for implementation, and define structure and processes required - leverage existing work wherever possible
      • Build out (or clean up) the workspace
      • Create and maintain team calendar: Sprint meetings, Stakeholder ROB meetings, major deployments, month/quarter/FY closing milestones - purpose is to improve cross-team awareness and information flow
  • Stakeholder level:
    • ROB deck template and related processes - to be leveraged for ROB meetings with Commercial, Consumer, and EDU
  • End User level:
    • Proactive notifications (data issues, downtime, releases, etc)
    • FAQs
