The International Transportation Solutions Manager manages a team of transportation professionals that oversees the International Transportation Parts & Components Business Solution and strives to maximize the efficiency of the international transportation network. This team is responsible for the operational readiness and support of the International Transportation Parts & Components Business Solution (BY TMS, e2open GLO, Data, Reporting, Nexus) supporting the international transportation global operations teams.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead a team of Transportation Business Solutions analysts responsible for the operational readiness and support of the International Transportation Parts & Components Business Solution (BY TMS, e2open GLO, Data, Reporting, Nexus) supporting the international transportation global operations teams.
  • Manage partner data quality to KPI targets supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the e2open GLO product for global Transportation teams - International Parts & Components, Prime Product, GTOCs.
  • Implement global industry standard solutions with direct team and process partners to close solution performance gaps and drive operational improvements in support of People, Quality, Velocity and Cost goals.
  • Implement cost-effective solutions with internal and external process partners / service providers (ILT, e2open, BY, Transport teams).
  • Develop and maintain solution support processes and ensure adherence.
  • Govern the performance of service providers through key performance indicators driving actions to meet service performance expectations.
  • Provide analytical insights and reporting to leadership and process partners with data driven solutions and performance metric reporting.

  • Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
  • Transportation - MFG: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with transportation of materials and goods to/from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and customers.
  • Progressively responsible experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Experience leading the design, prototype, and configuration of processes and solutions.
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder TMS.
  • Experience with e2open GLO.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, EDI/API, and Power BI.
  • Six Sigma or Lean experience

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
