We're searching for a remote or office-based Data Migration Project Manager to join our team, so that we can deliver successful healthcare data migration projects that help our clients maximize the value of their healthcare data while supporting safer patient care. The Data Migration Project Manager will independently lead complex healthcare data migration engagements by managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery readiness to ensure consistent project success and exceptional client outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Managing healthcare data migration projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, timelines, and Statements of Work.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities in order to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and project readiness.
  • Leading client communications, project meetings, and status reporting to drive stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making.
  • Monitoring project risks, scope changes, decisions, and validation readiness in order to proactively identify issues and support successful project outcomes.
  • Developing project plans, documentation, and process improvements to promote delivery consistency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within healthcare technology, professional services, consulting, software implementation, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven success in managing complex client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and critical delivery milestones.
  • In-depth knowledge of project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States or from our Burlington, VT, Boston, MA, or Chicago, IL offices, with occasional travel as needed. Go live support on weekends and in the evening is required occasionally.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare technology and helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes through successful technology adoption and data management initiatives.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams while independently maintaining accountability for project execution and results.
