Responsibilities:
• Understand the current data processing and logic applied across multiple stages of the data flow.
• Work on the data issues identified for Business and Technology processes as part of the DCRM work.
• Consolidation of existing artifacts like Data Models, metadata, DQ practices, Mast & Ref data use cases, Lineage, issues, etc. across each data flow clusters.
• Determine and document gaps in the above artifacts.
• Identify gaps in the data assets.
• Analyze data elements within the data services.
• Assist in root cause analysis for the issues identified.
• Determine and document gaps in these artifacts.
• Act as liaison between business function stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate.
• Should be able to lead and direct a team of Data Analysts
Qualifications:
• Good hands-on experience on Data Analyst role preferable with BFSI domain
• Ability to think strategically, creatively problem solve, and the ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives.
• ETL, Collibra, Power BI, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel Pivot or some sort of analytical tool reporting experience is good to have
• Business and/or Tech specifications experience
Experience on End-to-end software development and implementation, SLDC Practices , and able to translate / understand business requirements and relate to technology specifications.
Jira Experience is mandatory to maintain, update and oversee product backlog effectively
