Job description

Standard Job Description Leads delivery of full-stack data solutions across the entire data processing pipeline. This relies on systems engineering principles to design and implement solutions that span the data lifecycle to: collect, ingest, process, store, persist, access, and deliver data at scale and at speed. It includes knowledge of local, distributed, and cloud-based technologies; data virtualization and smart caching; and all security and authentication mechanisms required to protect the data.Leads those building data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate unorganized data into databases or data sources that are ready for analysis; Design and implement data solutions by defining functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications; Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle, e.g., analyze / profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics; Maintain data systems performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; calculating optimum values for parameters; evaluating, integrating, and installing new releases; Define standards, best practices, and certification processes for data objects Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership 3+ years of people management experience with direct reports 3+ years of experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or data products Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and serving as a Product Owner Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, technologies, and best practices Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budget oversight Experience defining product roadmaps and translating business needs into technical requirements Desired Skills Product management certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or similar) Experience with modern analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Technical background in SQL, Python, or data modeling Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI products Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture Track record of delivering products that achieved measurable business outcomes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
