  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing datasets, performance reports, dashboards, analytical summaries, and operational trackers.
  • Proficiency with visualization, business intelligence, or reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
  • Skilled in assessing data quality by identifying inaccuracies, gaps, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies across multiple sources.
  • Background supporting insight development, performance analysis, dashboard creation, or client service functions.
  • Familiarity with population health, wellness metrics, ROI, VOI, engagement indicators, or outcomes evaluation.
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing deadlines, tracking follow-up items, and presenting findings clearly.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accurate, well-organized, and easy-to-understand deliverables.
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt into a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities, and emerging insights that require action.
