What We Need:
Katz Digital is seeking a Programmatic Data Operations Lead to join their team in New York. This new role will be responsible for leading our operational efforts for demand in Audio and Video across all major DSP's. S/he will work with leaders, and other members within our organization, to accelerate demand and maximize performance for publishing partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in audio and video programmatic buying and have experience in working across multiple systems (DSP's and SSP's) . Taking initiative, working effectively with both internal members, in operations and sales, as well as customers driving demand is a must.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain demand deals and supply packs across both audio and video.
  • Proactively work to identify and remove barriers to demand flow, allowing us to maximize revenue and delivery
  • The creation and develop of unique supply packs across both audio and video
  • On-going tracking of programmatic deals and working directly with sales to maximize performance
  • Facilitate the onboarding, and ingestion, of 1st party data from advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and future technology & data partners, as well as demand partners.

What You'll Need:
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in audio & video programmatic operations and/or sales enablement
  • Knowledge of, and experience in dealing directly with, major Audio & Video DSP's
  • Ability to proactivity identify and trouble shoot issues in an ongoing effort to maximize programmatic revenue
  • Ability to curate and activate unique supply packs across multiple systems
  • Results driven to lead operations for a fast growing, and expanding line of business within Katz Digital
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • 4-year college degree preferred
