Job description

The Clinical Data Analyst partners with clinical leadership, payor relations, and operations to translate clinical data into the evidence story that demonstrates Centria's value to payors and regulators. This role uses the Donabedian framework (structure, process, outcome) as the analytic spine for organizing, interpreting, and communicating Centria's clinical performance.

The Clinical Data Analyst builds and maintains the dashboards, payor reports, and analytic narratives that show how Centria's care delivery produces measurable outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of clinical quality, data analytics, and payor strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

The below reflects the essential functions considered necessary for this role and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements inherent in the job or assigned by supervisory personnel. This job description is used as a guide only and not inclusive of all responsibilities and job duties.

  • Apply the Donabedian framework (structure, process, outcome) to organize Centria's clinical data into a coherent value narrative for internal leadership, payors, and regulators.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate clinical performance data into payor-facing evidence of quality, access, and outcomes.
  • Partner with payor relations and clinical leadership to develop outcomes reporting that supports value-based contracts, corrective action plans, rate negotiations, and managed care reviews.
  • Analyze clinical, utilization, and claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that strengthen Centria's payor positioning.
  • Translate clinical and operational data into clear, defensible analytic narratives for executive, payor, and regulatory audiences.
  • Research industry standards in healthcare quality measurement, value-based care, HEDIS-style metrics, and outcomes frameworks. Benchmark Centria against the field.
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing development of Centria's clinical data and quality measurement frameworks.
  • Construct concise presentations and reporting packages for payors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring analytic processes using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and related tooling to scale capacity.
  • Build relationships and collaborate across clinical, payor relations, finance, and operations teams to provide a high level of internal partnership.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to clinical data, payor agreements, employee performance, client data, and action plans.
  • Create and track KPIs relative to clinical quality and value demonstration initiatives.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis requests, particularly those tied to payor inquiries, regulatory reporting, and executive decision support.
  • Compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
