Job Description

The Strategic Pricing Coordinator is an entrylevel role responsible for supporting the execution of pricing and compliance strategies across EBG's Travel & Entertainment portfolio. This position provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to the entire Strategic Pricing team, including Strategic Pricing Managers.

In this role, you will assist with data analysis, pricing updates, promotional setup, reporting, and documentation to ensure pricing decisions are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will also support the preparation of competitive analyses upon request, helping the team understand market positioning, pricing trends, and promotional activity. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to support offer launches, promotional activity, and ongoing pricing optimization efforts.

You will also help ensure that pricing, offers, and promotional messaging are accurate and compliant with company policies and approved pricing guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detailoriented, highly organized, and eager to build a foundation in strategic pricing and revenue management.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Strategic Pricing team in executing pricing strategies established by the Vice President of Strategic Pricing and Strategic Pricing Managers.
  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales, pricing, and performance data to support pricing decisions and promotional planning.
  • Prepare competitive analyses upon request, including gathering competitor pricing, offer structures, and promotional insights to support pricing evaluations and recommendations.
  • Maintain pricing inputs, assumptions, and documentation used in pricing models and forecasts.
  • Prepare recurring reports and adhoc analyses related to pricing performance, margin trends, promotional results, and competitive positioning.
  • Help implement pricing updates, rate changes, and promotional offers within EBG's backend systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support promotional planning efforts by assisting with data pulls, historical performance reviews, and offer setup.
  • Conduct basic audits of pricing and offer content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with company policies and approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Pricing Managers, Supplier Relations, Marketing, Finance, and Systems teams to support pricing execution and reporting needs.
  • Track pricing requests, updates, and deliverables to help ensure timely completion and followthrough.
  • Maintain organized records of pricing files, competitive research, reports, and reference materials.
  • Identify data discrepancies or potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by suggesting opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, or reporting consistency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an analytical, operational, or business support role; relevant internships or coursework welcome.
  • Strong interest in pricing strategy, analytics, revenue management, or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills  (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize findings in a clear and structured manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, eagertolearn mindset.
  • Ability to work independently within defined processes and escalate questions or issues appropriately.
  • Must live in commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV and be able to attend monthly and quarterly team events and meetups onsite.
  • Experience with software such as JIRA and Tableau a plus.
